Services
Every engagement is led by a credentialed ergonomist with real field experience — no AI-generated reports, no templated assessments, no junior staff. Tyler Ergonomics is an independent practice — we don't sell ergonomic equipment, accessories, or branded products, so recommendations are based on what works for the person, not what works for our bottom line. All client information is handled per HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.

A systematic analysis of workstations, job tasks, and work patterns — identifying ergonomic risk factors before they become injuries or workers' comp claims. Delivered virtually or on-site, depending on scope.
Every assessment produces a written risk report with specific, prioritized findings and actionable recommendations — organized by risk so your safety team knows exactly where to act first.

When someone on your team starts feeling discomfort — neck pain that builds through the afternoon, the wrist that hurts by Friday, the back that's stiff every morning — the window to fix it before it becomes a real injury is short. The Rapid Response Program catches early symptoms, finds what's driving them, and addresses them before they get worse.
The program is built around making it safe for people to speak up about discomfort early — before it gets worse. That one cultural change is the most effective lever there is for keeping ordinary aches from becoming workplace injuries. Once someone speaks up, three things happen quickly: a workstation evaluation, a clinical screening with one of our partner providers, and conditioning support tailored to the actual job.

You manage the return. We give you the foundation to do it well — clear recommendations for the workstation, guidance on accommodations, and written documentation that supports the conversation between HR, the supervisor, and the returning employee.

Carriers · TPAs · Case Managers
Remote ergonomic evaluations for people recovering from work-related injuries — particularly those working from home, dealing with mobility limitations, or in situations where the wait for an in-person evaluation is dragging out their recovery.
Tyler Ergonomics works on a per-case basis with WC carriers, TPAs, nurse case managers, and adjusters — delivering defensible evaluations within 48–72 hours of referral. Vendor panel application welcomed; volume rates available for carriers and TPAs with consistent case flow.

Full ergonomic assessments delivered remotely — by live video session or via submitted photos and intake questionnaire, depending on client preference. Equally effective for home offices, remote workers, and distributed employer populations that don't warrant an on-site visit.
Both formats follow the same structured ROSA methodology as on-site work and produce the same written deliverable. Video sessions include real-time adjustment guidance during the call; photo-based assessments are completed asynchronously and delivered with the same prioritized recommendations.
