Workplace Ergonomic Assessment

A systematic analysis of workstations, job tasks, and work patterns — identifying ergonomic risk factors before they become injuries or workers' comp claims. Delivered virtually or on-site, depending on scope.

Every assessment produces a written risk report with specific, prioritized findings and actionable recommendations — organized by risk so your safety team knows exactly where to act first.

What's included

From site walkthrough to written report.

  • Pre-assessment job task review and hazard identification
  • Virtual or on-site workstation and workflow observation
  • Systematic evaluation using the ROSA framework — how well the workstation fits the person, what postures the job demands, what motions repeat through the day, and what the environment (lighting, layout, equipment) is doing to the body
  • Written report — findings prioritized by risk level, with specific recommendations for each
  • Recommended interventions with estimated cost ranges
  • Review session with safety team or HR to walk through findings
  • 30-day follow-up to confirm implementation progress

Scope and pricing depend on facility size, number of workstations, and delivery format. Multi-site programs available.

Rapid Response Program

When someone on your team starts feeling discomfort — neck pain that builds through the afternoon, the wrist that hurts by Friday, the back that's stiff every morning — the window to fix it before it becomes a real injury is short. The Rapid Response Program catches early symptoms, finds what's driving them, and addresses them before they get worse.

The program is built around making it safe for people to speak up about discomfort early — before it gets worse. That one cultural change is the most effective lever there is for keeping ordinary aches from becoming workplace injuries. Once someone speaks up, three things happen quickly: a workstation evaluation, a clinical screening with one of our partner providers, and conditioning support tailored to the actual job.

Both formats follow the same structured ROSA methodology as on-site work and produce the same written deliverable. Video sessions include real-time adjustment guidance during the call; photo-based assessments are completed asynchronously and delivered with the same prioritized recommendations.
